CRM...what is it and why do I need it?

Customer [kuhs-tuh-mer] – noun: a person who purchases goods or services from another; buyer; patron.
Resource [ree-sohrs] – noun: a source of supply, support, or aid, esp. one that can be readily drawn upon when needed.
Management [man-ij-muhnt] – noun: the act or manner of managing; handling, direction, or control.
